Hiring Accountant
Job Opening in Madrid, salary negotiable. Due to business expansion and the upgrade of our financial management system, we are currently seeking a Treasury and Accounting Manager with practical corporate finance experience and team leadership skills. We are looking for more than just an accounting executor; we need a financial leader capable of managing accounts, treasury, banking, payment schedules, and the finance team from a holistic company perspective, while proactively identifying issues, conducting analysis, and proposing solutions. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing daily financial operations, delegating and reviewing the work of the finance team, managing company cash flow and short-to-medium-term cash flow forecasting, and developing supplier and prepayment plans while optimizing them based on the company's liquidity.
因公司业务发展及财务管理体系升级，现招聘一名具有企业财务实务及团队管理能力的 资金与会计管理负责人。我们希望寻找的不仅是一名会计执行人员，而是一位能够从公司整体角度管理账务、资金、银行、付款计划及财务团队，并能够主动发现问题、总结分析及提出解决方案的财务负责人。主要工作职责负责公司日常财务工作的整体协调与管理，合理安排财务团队工作并进行复核；负责公司现金流管理及短期、中期资金预测；制定供应商付款计划、预付款计划，并根据公司资金情况合理安排付款优先级；管理公司银行账户、信用额度及短期融资，跟进贷款使用、归还、到期及续期；与银行保持日常沟通，准备融资、授信及续期资料；负责及监督应收、应付、客户销账、业务员往来账等相关财务工作；负责会计数据复核、月结、银行对账及异常账务处理；熟悉或能够管理A3系统相关工作，并与外部律师楼、gestoría / asesoría保持良好沟通；建立和完善财务SOP、付款审批流程、资金管理制度及内部控制；定期制作资金周报、月度财务总结及风险报告，并向公司管理层提出专业建议；主持财务部门日常会议，跟进问题、责任人及完成期限；培训及指导财务团队，提高工作准确性及效率。 任职要求具有财务、会计、经济、工商管理或相关专业背景；具有企业财务或会计相关工作经验，有财务主管、Responsable Financiero或类似岗位经验者优先；熟悉企业现金流、银行账户、供应商付款及短期融资管理；能够理解企业应收、应付、客户账及业务往来账；有较强的Excel使用能力；熟悉A3系统者优先；有西班牙企业财务、税务及外部gestoría / asesoría沟通经验者优先；具备良好的逻辑分析能力及数据敏感度；能够主动总结、汇报和提出解决方案，而不仅仅完成执行性工作；具备良好的团队管理和沟通能力；工作认真、负责、稳定，有较强的保密意识和职业操守。 备注：应聘者需自备工作居留工作时间：9:00-18:30福利待遇: 8小时全保、周末双休、包午餐，西班牙国家红日休息，满年享年终奖加带薪度假工作地点：Seseña Nuevo （公司提供班车接送）联系电话：642 839 145（9:00-18:30）微信号: 642839145邮件： [email protected] 简历请发邮箱
